APIC, Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology, had their annual summer conference in Nashville this year attracting around 2,700 attendees. This was APIC's first year at the new Music City Center and the turn-out was great, in part because of Nashville's convenient central location. Many attendees were able to drive to attend the conference versus having to fly and all the grief that goes with that.

This was my second year covering this huge conference and I love the great things I learn while doing a sneaky crouch around the back corner to get a good room shot.
